We are a registered service provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) that operates from the Bundaberg area but is available for all NDIS Participants and Service Providers throughout Queensland.

Our service comes with over 10 years’ experience supporting people in the area and a strong knowledge of the NDIS.

Our Plan Management department offers:

  • fast claiming and payment of invoices;

  • face-to-face meetings;

  • monthly statements to help you best manage your funds;

  • online app to oversee funding allocation and balance;

  • a responsive, professional and reliable service.

Our Support Coordination department offers:​

  • finding available service providers and obtaining your approval;

  • ensure service agreements are accurate and up-to-date for each service providers;

  • collect all necessary qualifications from the service providers;

  • manage service providers to meet your needs and discuss any issues; 

  • supply information on your NDIS plan.

Our Massage Therapist offers:

  • Experience in Remedial Massage and Thai Massage 

  • We offer:

    • Remedial Massage Therapy 

    • Deep Tissue Massage​​

    • Relaxation Massage

    • Traditional Thai Massage

    • Hot Stone Massage

    • Cupping Therapy 

    • Oil Massages

  • Same Day Sessions

Our In-Home Nurses offers:

  • Wound care.

  • Medications and injections.

  • Cervical collar care.

  • Removal of staples and sutures.

  • Enteral feeding.

  • Health and wellbeing checks.

  • Monitoring vital signs.

  • Reducing risk of falls.

  • Encouraging healthy eating.

  • Support with continence needs, including catheter care.

Our Support Worker offers:

  • assistance with daily living activities and hygiene requirements

  • transportation to events, shopping, appointments and social activities

  • relevant certifications and tickets

  • strong communications, confidentiality and safety minded

Our House & Yard Maintenance Worker offers:

  • Lawn Mowing

  • Hedge Trimming and Prunning

  • Trimming of plants and bushes

  • Weeding

  • Fertilising and mulching

  • Green Waste Removal

  • General Handyman Services

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any cancellation fees? ​ A cancellation fee applies in some circumstances. Wherever possible, we ask that at least 48 hours notice is given when you need to cancel your service. If you cancel within 48 hours, you may incur a cancellation fee. For NDIS Participants this is charged under your NDIS Plan.

Can I request a different staff member? If you don't feel comfortable with the people who visit you, please let the Administration Staff know so we can arrange different support staff. If you are unhappy with any of the services you receive, let us know so we can implement changes and improvements.

Do staff need to call the office if they have concerns? Support staff are required to call Administration when they have concerns for a customer's wellbeing or if an incident occurs. Examples of reasons when a staff member would need to contact the office include: - Incidents - Critical incidents - Complaints or negative feedback - Concern over the customer’s health - Clinical concerns such as medication issues - To seek approval for requests to change ore-defined service tasks.

How do I know that staff coming into my home can be trusted? All 123 Support Services staff are thoroughly screened (including undertaking a variety of background screenings and references). Every staff member is reliable, well-trained and trustworthy.

What happens if I want an extra task done on my day of service? If the extra task can be completed safely and within the time allocated for the service, your staff member will be happy to assist. Some programs are restricted; please call our office if you are unsure.

​What happens if I'm not home when someone is coming to visit me? Services can only go ahead if you are at home. Please let the office know if you won't be home for a service so it can be rescheduled. If you don't notify the office, a short notice cancellation charge will be invoiced.

What happens on Public Holidays? We will discuss with you any services with you that fall on a public holiday. If you prefer, your service could potentially be moved to a different day; just let us know.

Will I be notified if there is a change in staff? Yes, you will be notified of any changes to the staff who deliver your services
